Originally from the UK, I'd dreamt from a young age of one day living in France. I studied French & German at university and moved to Paris in 1999.
Having begun my own therapy journey while living in London in my early 20s, it quickly became clear that I wished to later share the experience, strength and hope I'd received in therapy through accompanying and helping others. I began my Psychosynthesis training in 2000 (Montpellier, then Paris) and became certified in 2006.
I work in both English and French and am a member of the SFPT (Société Française de Psychosynthèse Thérapeutique) and the FF2P (Fédération Française de Psychothérapie et Psychanalyse).
