I aim to provide a safe, confidential space where you’ll be free to express yourself openly, freely and without judgement. Together, we’ll work on identifying and making sense of the issues which have brought you to therapy, issues that may be causing you pain or making it difficult for you to cope with life. We’ll look at your relationship with yourself and how that impacts the relationships you have with others and we’ll hold up to the light and maybe challenge any beliefs or behaviours that may no longer be serving you. All this in a process of awareness, acceptance and change. We will go at a pace that feels right for you and with the utmost compassion and respect for who you are and all that makes you unique.
I work in both English and French. I specialize in working with those living abroad (expats, intercultural couples, international students) who are struggling with emotional or personal difficulties and who want to strengthen their emotional resilience, develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion, build more satisfying relationships, and deepen the sense of meaning in their lives.
